Refund Requests

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Ujiajiri Support within 2 days of the completion of the project.
  2. Provide detailed information about the reason for your refund request, including relevant project details and evidence of the issue.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  1. The delivered service does not match the agreed-upon scope.
  2. The service quality is significantly below industry standards.
  3. The Freelancer fails to deliver the service within the specified time-frame.

Non-Eligible Situations

Refunds may not be issued in the following cases:

  1. The refund request is made after 2 days of project completion.
  2. The issue arises from changes in the project scope or requirements after the initial agreement.
  3. The dispute is a result of personal preferences rather than objective service quality.

Refund Process

Upon receiving your refund request, Ujiajiri will conduct a thorough review of the case. We may request additional information from both parties involved. If the refund request is approved, the following steps will be taken:

  1. The payment will be refunded to the original payment method used for the transaction.
  2. Refunds may take 10 business days to process, depending on the payment gateway and banking institutions involved.

Currency of refunds

All refunds are processed in the same currency in which the original transaction was made. Ujiajiri is not responsible for any discrepancies resulting from currency exchange rates or banking fees.

Charge-backs

If you initiate a charge-back with your payment provider without first contacting Ujiajiri Support and following the refund process, your account may be subject to suspension or termination.
